FAQ
-
How long does the process take? After the initial consultation, a questionnaire will be provided. Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire we ask to please allow 24-48 hours to get them prepared. Once the legal documents are ready, we schedule a second appointment to have them signed, notarized and e-filed.
-
When will my spouse be served?Usually all "process of service" is done with your local county sheriff. They ask to please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for documents to be served.
